• Absolutely no firearms, weapons, or pornographic material.
• All food and drink items must be approved by the management. General vendors selling edible items i.e.: produce, baked goods, candy, chips,etc. must submit name and address to management. Forms will be provided.
• All foods (except produce) must be wrapped.
• Management is not responsible for lost or stolen articles, or personal injury while on the premises.
• Ablsolutely NO PETS permitted on the premises NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please bring your own tables and change for your customers.

Rates for 2011
General Vendors
Saturdays and Sundays are $5.00 per space per day.
All spaces measure 24 ft frontage by 18 ft. depth

Electric Use
A minimum amount of electric spaces exist for general vendors.
An additional charge of $5.00 per day will be assessed for electric use.
Electric rates for permanent vendors may vary depending on usage.

Permanent / Reserved Spaces
Monthly Rate
You may reserve a certain space by paying for the entire month in advance. this will hold your space for every Saturday and Sunday in that month. Cost is $50.00 per month payable on or prior to the first sale day in that month.

Shirt Promotion
Vendors who wear official "Spotlight 88 Flea Market" shirts will receive $1.00 off regular space rental rates every time you wear them when set up. Hopefully, you will proudly wear them outside the market as well. Currently available are long-sleeve t-shirts, and tank tops. Just let us know your size. Non-vendors love these collector's items too!

Canopies
If you need a canopy, we sell them custom made to your specifications.

Camping
Overnight camping is permitted.

Clark's Flea Market Directory
For vendors on the road, we are an authorized dealer of Clark's National Flea Market Directory preferred by vendors nationwide. They list every major Flea Market in the United States including days, dates, addresses and phone numbers. We always carry the latest copy if you need to update yours.
